Where we ship

We ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery: usually 5–11 business days after dispatch from our partner warehouse
• Items marked ships from the US usually arrive in 4–8 business days
• Personalised moon lamps are made to order: allow an extra 4–12 days for production

Holiday orders

Personalized photo moon lamps are made to order, so we recommend ordering by November 25 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.
