How does the photo moon lamp work?
Upload a photo (and an optional message) on the product page. We print it into a 3D moon lamp, so the photo appears in soft moonlight when it's switched on.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces fill a good part of the picture. Couples, kids, family and pets all look great. For photos, choose the 12 cm size or larger.
How long does it take?
Each moon is made to order in 4–12 days, then ships free with tracking, usually arriving 5–11 business days later. For Christmas, order by November 25.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes. It charges by USB in 4–6 hours and glows for 8–30 hours depending on brightness.
Can I return it?
Because every moon is personalized, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to the United States only.
