Refund policy

Personalized moon lamps

Each Custom Photo Moon Lamp is made to order with your photo, so we can't accept returns if you change your mind. Please check your photo and options before you order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to fix it.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund to your original payment method. You won't need to send it back.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Non-personalized items

Unused, non-personalized items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
